Mrs Hinch is a popular social media star who shot to fame thanks to her savvy cleaning tips. Since then she has grown a fanbase of loyal cleaning enthusiasts who have even set up their own social media communities where they swap and share cleaning tips.
Many of these tips explain how to use basic household items, including condiments and food four in the cupboard, to clean fixtures and furniture.
This is certainly true when it comes to shower doors.
According to one Mrs Hinch fan, the “best way” to clean a glass shower door is not necessarily with high-end cleaning products.
Instead, they suggested using vinegar.
When looking for “the best way to clean a shower door”, one social media user commented: “White vinegar, I did mine the other day.”
Indeed, white wine vinegar is often recommended for removing streaks and stains from glass.
Experts often recommend mixing two tablespoons of vinegar with a gallon of water and then dispensing from a spray bottle.
Afterwards, simply wipe the mixture away with a dry cloth.

Of course, the Mrs Hinch fans had a number of recommendations for cleaning shower doors aside from white wine vinegar.
One cleaning fan recommended: “I use window cleaner and a glass cloth to buff.”
Others had a list of cleaning products and appliances which are great at leaving glass sparkling.
Recommendations ranged from “Viakal” to “Method cleaning spray after every shower.
For those looking to invest a little money into their cleaning routine, one commenter suggested purchasing a window vac.
“Karcher window vac; worth every penny. [Gets the] job done in no time,” said one woman who commented on the post.
Vinegar is not the only condiment that can come in handy for cleaning according to Mrs Hinch fans.
Previously, one fan claimed tomato ketchup is the ideal way to get pans looking as good as new.
A concerned user shared a photograph of some burnt silver pans, asking her fellow Mrs Hinch fan group members: “How can I get this pan back to how it used to be?”
Several members suggested the unlikely use of tomato ketchup to clean off the burnt grease marks.
One fan commented: “Sounds crazy but tomato ketchup and scrunched tin foil to scrub, it worked for me.
“I repeated it a few times as my pan was really burnt.”
